Q: Where can I get a Fire Incident Report?
A: Fire reports may be obtained from the Fire Chief’s, or Fire Inspectors Office at 1775 Ashley River Rd., Charleston, SC, 29407. You may pick one up in person during normal business hours, have it mailed to you, or have it faxed to you. There is no charge for Fire Reports.
Q: How do I obtain a free smoke detector?
A: As a part of our free smoke detector program any resident of the St. Andrews PSD can request a smoke detector through the office of the Fire Inspector during normal business hours.
Q: Does the Fire Department fill swimming pools?
A: That is not a service that we offer. It is recommended that you get in contact with Charleston Public Works.
Q: How can I contribute to the Fallen Firefighters Fund?
A: Any Bank of America or First Federal Bank will accept all donations. You can also contribute directly to the City of Charleston Firemen’s Fund
